This has happened a couple of times before, but I saw it distinctly this time and I know it wasn't just me missing something.
At about 13:30 EDT, I checked the Probe Transmission Center and read all the new messages. There was nothing from Enoch.
I went from there to Probe Discussion and saw three posts about Enoch having transmitted twice.
I went back to the probe transmissions, and now there was one (just one) from Enoch. It's timestamped 07:something, which means it should have appeared at 10:something my time (11:something if you haven't adjusted for Daylight Savings Time yet). (The server's on the West coast, right?)
Somehow there was at least a 2 hour delay before I saw this transmission, but less of a delay for other people. How is this possible?
