As I mentioned on Eon4 prior to it's demise, I have a supplier that makes most of these products (including coffee mugs) from digitized images. The caps don't work as well as an embroidered type would, but whoever is in charge of this at the site can get in touch with me by email and I'll be glad to get with you about this so you can have at least one option to look at as a starting point. They do a really good job with mousepads.
