<P>Ok, let me see if I understand:<p>Level 0 - Lurker.  Can read all messages from the probes, on Mess Hall and on Probe Discussion BBS.  Open to all.<p>Level 1 - Enlisted.  Can post messages on Mess Hall and Probe Discussion BBS.  Open to all.<p>Level 2 - Teammate.  As member of probe team, can now post messages to the team's probe (only?).  Team membership must be requested and accecpted by existing team.  Should there be a defined number of votes to allow membership?<p>Level 3 - Coordinator.  Responsible for transmitting higher level "commands" to the team's probe (only?).  Position rotates between team members.  Should this be an elected position?<p>Level 4 - Officer.  Allows access to special Officer's Lounge BBS.   What will be discussed there that could not be discussed at Mess Hall?
