I like the idea of rotating in NEW members of the teams. I think the existing members should retain their "Carte Blanche" to speak to the probes at any time. Those of us here now have "paid our dues" for that privilege. It is also something that can be extended to those newbies who prove themselves to be positive additions to the team. A person can be added to the "CB" list by a 2/3 majority vote of the current members of said list. That should help to control the growth of the lists while still enabling all to talk to the probes at least for short durations until they have established themselves.
