Good points, Toasted. We can't just rotate in a new comm team that a probe does not know and trust. New comm team members will have to introduced to the probes by existing team members. Your idea of a rotation schedule for probe communications duties may be just what we were looking for in that area. I hadn't thought of rotating comm activities, I had thought that new people would would take over comm activities, and the previous comm team would take over other duties. I like the rotation idea very much.
