It's the level 4 folks who would be screening the posts for good ideas and posting to the probes. Yeah, it could get to be a fair amount of work. The team concept will help keep the posting and ideas organized, and more than one leader per team would help, I think. It will be interesting to see if the type of interactivity
that we have at MarsDawn will work in a larger setting. That's part of the challenge, to keep it interactive as it grows.
