I am also torn on this issue. I like the small group feeling that we've got, but there are probably many other people who would make a good contibution to us. The other side of the coin is that there are lots of people who would come in here and pick fights, send bad messages to the probes, and generally try to make things miserable.
I am kind of content with what we've got here, but to twist a line from Excalibur:
Looking at this problem is like looking at the future, until you've tasted it what do you really know, and then it's too late.
