Taz, I'm moving this up here because it's Friday and I'd rather it not get archived away.
In the Bette's airlock thread below, Taz suggested that what we may be dealing with here in the caves and subterranean (is that the right word for Mars?) is an abandoned alien site. Perhaps in their underground messing around, Bette and/or Enoch set off the switch that fires the whole thing back up (could be the rumbling). Maybe that's also why the fans were not running. Maybe we'll find out today when Bette reports in about what is beyond the other "hatch-thing".
A couple more questions:
What has happened to P&H? - Gail didn't mention them today.
Anybody decipher those symbols yet?
