A government program office shuffles in, with a mug bearing the name "ROGER" for no apparent reason, filled with Kona coffee (100% Kona, not that 10%-blend ripoff stuff). He assumes the wood sprite is either an intern or an affirmative action hire. Or that someone in purchasing screwed up on a commisary order for Sprite. (hmmm... did they order any Coke?)

It's been an interesting, hectic week - a shuttle mission cut short (but being rescheduled for quick turnaround), the Space Station on hold, and discovering an ocean on Europa. Almost more than a middle-aged agency can handle in a week ....

He finds an appropriate expanse of floor and sets down some partitions, takes a solid hit out of Roger, and leans back and closes his eyes, drifting off with thoughts of golfing on the moon ......
