I will be collecting the data today and tomorrow. By then I will have to declare the cutoff date has been exceeded for "Roster 1.0" but if this works well I promise to release a "Roster 2.0" later on as sufficient additional data arrives.

This arrangement should help to minimize the amount of space each entry will require while allowing for multiple former and current personas. I can also allow for multiple E-Mail addresses and Home Page URLs this way.
If any of you have suggestions for improvements, I will welcome them eagerly. Since this listing may not be conducive to display in the Mess Hall BBS, I would appreciate some technical assistance from Dylin, et. al. in posting it where all who desire a copy may retrieve it.
