ARRGH!
For the umpteenth time today since the heaven's gate mass journey(I hesitate to call it suicide becuase who really knows?), I have heard from a cult specialist. The last important news update I heard was that the coroner was going into the house to identify bodies, and autopsies will be performed (no kidding), and the local newsbunnie asked if cults will be able to control her mind via the internet (as if she had one). Okay this is news, but, what about all the other news out there? Japan catching Orcas, what happen to them, the homeless, flood victims, any number of things I can think of right now. But so far all I see is the heavens gate thing. That is why I call it a fiasco. It's getting to be a media circus. I bet we'll be able to see pictures in next weeks Enquirer. ET will have some connection with the entertainment industry etc. etc. etc.
I guess Linda Ellerbee's line says it all: "So it goes."
