Now that we have settled upon my dubious suggestion of MARSupials as our new group name, it is becoming a necessity to have a roster of the players. There are too many "old timers" who are fondly remembered by their old personas and many "newbies" who are every bit as integral to the goings-on as anyone else.
I propose to put together a roster of the players. I volunteer to collect and present the information. I think it would be helpful to have a list that includes:
1. former affiliation (ie EON-4 or Area-51)
2. name(s) used on those boards
3. name(s) used on this board
4. [OPTIONAL] real E-Mail address
Is there any other information that should be included? Is there anything that should be left out? Please post comments here and send your data to me at "turtel@juno.com" (so that we don't flood this board with redundant information). I will begin collecting the information immediately and would like to have it all by March 31. I will prepare the final report and post it here by April 4.
There were times at Area-51 that I really wished I had such a "scorecard." If this idea really takes off we might want to consider making it into an affiliated Web page complete with hotlinks to E-Mail addresses and, for those of us that don't break the lenses, photographs online.
