Um...You click a radio button selecting your probe (then black dot will then appear) then click whether you want the incoming or outgoing archive. Then press the get transmissions button in the lower left-hand corner. See it? If not, maybe there is a browser malfunction. I use this function several times a day, so I know it works for at least some browsers...
